Return Conditions

  • All returns require a Return Authorization Number (RAN), which you can obtain by contacting our customer service team.
  • Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
  • Returns must be shipped back within 30 days after the RAN is issued.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or defective item).

Return Label

  • Once your return request is approved, we will provide a return shipping label.
  • The label can be downloaded and printed from the instructions sent to your email.
  • The cost of return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or defective item).

Restocking Fee

  • A 10% restocking fee may apply to returns that are not the result of our error.

Defective or Damaged Items

  • If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately.
  • Returned items will be inspected. If confirmed defective, we will, at our discretion:Replace the item at no cost, orIssue a full refund including shipping costs.
  • If the item is found to be in working condition, the standard restocking fee may apply.
