Return &Refund policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, you may request a return within 30 days from the date of delivery.


Return Conditions

  • All returns require a Return Authorization Number (RAN), which you can obtain by contacting our customer service team.

  • Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

  • Returns must be shipped back within 30 days after the RAN is issued.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or defective item).


Return Label

  • Once your return request is approved, we will provide a free return shipping label.

  • The label can be downloaded and printed from the instructions sent to your email.

  • Please securely attach the printed label to the package before shipping it back.


Restocking Fee

  • A 10% restocking fee may apply to returns that are not the result of our error.


Defective or Damaged Items

  • If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately.

  • Returned items will be inspected. If confirmed defective, we will, at our discretion:

    • Replace the item at no cost, or

    • Issue a full refund including shipping costs.

  • If the item is found to be in working condition, the standard restocking fee may apply.


Non-Returnable Items

  • Items damaged due to misuse, alteration, or improper handling cannot be returned or refunded.


How to Request a Return

To request a return, please contact our customer service team with:

  • Order number

  • Part number & product description

  • Photos of the product and packaging

  • Reason for return


Refund Processing

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

  • Please allow 5–10 business days after we receive your return for processing.
