Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

Returns must be shipped back within 30 days after the RAN is issued.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or defective item).

Once your return request is approved, we will provide a free return shipping label.

The label can be downloaded and printed from the instructions sent to your email.

Please securely attach the printed label to the package before shipping it back.
Restocking Fee

A 10% restocking fee may apply to returns that are not the result of our error.
Defective or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately.

Returned items will be inspected. If confirmed defective, we will, at our discretion:

Replace the item at no cost, or

Issue a full refund including shipping costs.
